Price and Quantity
The price and the availability of our products are specified on this website. and the price are included VAT and the shipping charge. these information will subject to change without any notice. if the accident happens, you can request to cancel the order via email or phone once the supplier raises the price or tax increased after you submit the order.

Delivery

OWNONLY will send the garments to the address which clients provide. All delivery time we list are just for reference. The reference time is based on normal processing time, normal delivery time and destination.
Please fill out your real name, destination and phone number clearly. Owing to the reasons listed below, OWNONLY is not responsible for the delayed delivery:

A. Clients provide wrong information and incomplete address.
B. No one signs for the goods delivered, which causes repeated delivery costs and related consequences.
C.Force majeure such as natural disasters, traffic martial law, emergency war etc.

Return & Exchange
About return and exchange, OWNONLY executes the most comprehensive and safest policies.
A. OWNONLY will refund whole amount once there is a quality problem of our products.
B. You need to send back the garment to us if there is a size problem, OWNONLY will help to alter it .
